Very impressed with model , packaging & stand , only concern is if model is nudged the plastic retainer-to hold the stand moves quite easily in which case the model will drop. This is worst scenario, generally very pleased!

The model itself is great. NG are the best 1:400 at the moment.
Unfortunately this particular one was damaged at the factory - no fault of ARD who would not be able to examine it because it was in an "Ultimate" cling wrapped box.
ARD accepted my response without question. I have returned this one and a replacement has already been shipped out. I look forward to receiving it next week.
Excellent service, just as I have come to expect with hundreds of purchases over more than 15 years as a customer.
