How to Return an Item
To start a return, submit a return request via your order details page. We'll review it and confirm next steps, including a return label where applicable. Please don't send items back without an authorised request.

Changed Your Mind / Ordered Wrong Item or Scale
Report within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We refund the item cost only — delivery and return postage are your responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Report within 30 days of receipt, with photos. Once authorised, we'll send a prepaid return label and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund. We cover return postage for confirmed faults or our errors.

Minor issues — such as a small part like an antenna being intact but slightly out of position, correctable by hand — aren't treated as a fault. Handmade models may also have minor cosmetic variations that aren't considered a defect. Neither affects your statutory rights where an item is genuinely faulty or not as described.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are processed within 14 days.
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund on your statement.

Sale & Pre-Order Items
Non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
