Fantastic

The products are good, customer service not so much. I placed a pre-order and moved house a while later - I changed my address in my online account and sent an email notifying of the change, yet my order was later sent to the old address and I had to drive 30 miles across London to collect it. I've sent another email to follow up, not had a reply to either of my emails.

A great shop, always love going to ARD Hillingdon and the Heathrow branch, amazing choice of stock and friendly helpful staff.

Came within 24 hours, easy order 🤝

Great shop and lovely staff!

Great helpful staff and choices

Excellent service from the team

£10 for one year membership is fantastic, especially as I have made 2 purchases and using my card for discounts, I’ve already saved £30, so I’m £20 in profit already. Get a membership card, I swear you will not regret it, and what better place than ARD for 10% off you’re favourite items

I've had one for years - well worth renewing.
Can't stop buying new models from ARD so I continue to benefit from membership.

First time i have been to this website and so far all seems good. i am looking to visit the store soon as it seems to have plenty of planes on show and in stock and you get 10% off being a member
